About Paul Brandvold
I’m an IT Service Management leader, ITIL 4 Master, writer, and speaker focused on the human side of ITSM. I help IT teams, leaders, and vendors understand what really drives progress in service management: people, culture, and everyday experience.
My work explores the gap between how ITSM looks on paper and how it feels in real life. I write about culture, behavior, and trust, not just processes and tools.
My upcoming book, The Human Side of IT Service Management, tells grounded stories through relatable characters and examines the cultural patterns that shape how teams work, struggle, and adapt.
